About financezy
Last reviewed: October 2026
financezy exists to answer a narrow but common question: what will this actually cost me, or what will this actually be worth? Whether that is a loan instalment, a mutual fund projection, a fixed deposit maturity, a GST split or an income tax liability, the arithmetic should be straightforward and free to run.
Why we built this
Most financial calculators online sit behind a form, ask for a phone number, or exist mainly to generate sales leads. Others produce a single number with no explanation of how it was derived or what assumptions went into it.
We wanted something different: tools that give you the number, show the working, explain the assumptions, and then get out of the way. No registration, no phone number, no follow-up call from a relationship manager.
What we offer
- EMI Calculator. Monthly instalments for home, car, personal, education and gold loans, with a full year-by-year amortisation schedule.
- SIP Calculator. Projections for monthly SIPs and lump sums, with an annual step-up option and a scenario comparison across different return assumptions.
- FD Calculator. Maturity value across quarterly, monthly, half-yearly and annual compounding, including senior citizen rates and post-tax returns.
- GST Calculator. Adding or removing GST, with the CGST, SGST or IGST split and an invoice summary.
- Income Tax Calculator. Side-by-side comparison of the old and new regimes for FY 2026-27, with a slab-by-slab breakdown.
- Three AI assistants. A general finance advisor, a tax saving planner and an investment planner, all working in multiple Indian languages.
How we keep the numbers right
Our calculators use the same standard formulas that banks, mutual funds and the Income Tax Department apply. The EMI formula is the industry standard reducing-balance method. SIP projections use the future value of an annuity. FD calculations follow the compound interest formula with the compounding frequency you select.
Tax slabs, deduction limits and rate ranges are reviewed after each Union Budget and whenever the government notifies a change. Every page shows the financial year it applies to, so you always know which rules the result is based on.
Current basis. Tax calculations reflect FY 2026-27. The Income Tax Act, 2025 took effect on 1 April 2026, and Budget 2026 left slab rates unchanged for both the old and new regimes.
Your data stays with you
Every calculation runs in your browser using JavaScript. The income you enter, the loan amount, the investment figures, none of it is transmitted to our servers or written to any database. Close the tab and it is gone.
The AI assistants work differently by necessity. Your question is sent to an AI provider to generate a response, so please do not include account numbers, PAN, passwords or other sensitive identifiers in those conversations. We do not store the conversations ourselves.
What we are not
We are not a financial advisory firm, a distributor, a broker or a lender. We do not sell products, earn commission on any instrument mentioned on this site, or receive payment for recommending one provider over another. The site is funded by advertising.
That also means we cannot give you personalised advice. Our calculators produce estimates and our AI tools provide general education. For decisions involving significant sums, a complex tax position or estate planning, engage a chartered accountant or a SEBI-registered investment adviser who can review your complete circumstances.
How we make money
Advertising, shown through Google AdSense. That is the entire model. We do not sell your data, because we do not collect it. We do not push you towards particular products, because we earn nothing either way.
Found something wrong?
If a calculation looks off, a tax slab is out of date, or an explanation is unclear, please tell us. Corrections from readers are one of the main ways these tools improve. Use the contact form and include the page and the figures you entered so we can reproduce the issue.
