In short. Everything on financezy.online is educational. The calculators produce estimates and the AI tools provide general information. Neither constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and neither should be the sole basis for a financial decision.
1. General information only
The content on this website is published for general informational and educational purposes. We make a genuine effort to keep it accurate and current, but we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness or suitability of anything you find here.
2. Calculators produce estimates
Our calculators apply standard financial formulas to the inputs you provide. The output is an estimate. Actual figures will differ for reasons including, but not limited to:
- EMI. Lenders round differently, add processing fees, insurance premiums, valuation charges and documentation costs, and may apply a different day-count convention. Floating rates change over the loan's life.
- SIP and investment returns. The return percentage you enter is your own assumption, not a forecast. Actual mutual fund returns depend on market conditions and can be negative over any given period.
- Fixed deposits. Rates vary by bank, tenure, amount and depositor category, and change frequently. Premature withdrawal attracts a penalty that reduces the effective yield.
- GST. Rate classification depends on the correct HSN or SAC code for your specific goods or service. Compensation cess applies to some items beyond the headline rate.
- Income tax. Real liability depends on your complete income picture, including capital gains, house property income, clubbing provisions, carried-forward losses and surcharge where applicable.
3. This is not financial advice
Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product, take out any loan, or adopt any tax position. We are not registered as an investment adviser, a research analyst, a distributor, a broker or a tax practitioner with any regulator.
Before acting on anything you read here, consult an appropriately qualified professional:
- A SEBI-registered investment adviser for investment and portfolio decisions
- A chartered accountant for tax planning, filing and compliance
- Your bank or lender for the actual terms of any loan
- An IRDAI-licensed advisor for insurance decisions
- A lawyer for anything involving contracts, property titles or estate planning
4. AI-generated content
The AI Finance Advisor, AI Tax Saver, AI Investment Planner and the chat assistant produce responses using third-party language models. Please treat their output with appropriate caution:
- AI systems can produce confident-sounding statements that are factually wrong.
- They cannot see your bank statements, credit report, tax filings or any circumstance you have not described.
- Their knowledge of very recent regulatory changes may be incomplete.
- The same question can produce different answers on different occasions.
- Numbers, section references and rate figures in AI responses should be verified independently.
Use the AI tools to understand your options and to know what questions to ask a professional. Do not use them as a substitute for one.
5. Tax information
Tax content on this site reflects FY 2026-27 as we understand it. The Income Tax Act, 2025 replaced the 1961 Act with effect from 1 April 2026. Slab rates, deduction limits, rebate thresholds and filing deadlines can change through the Finance Act, notifications, circulars and judicial rulings.
Always confirm current provisions on the official Income Tax Department portal at incometax.gov.in, or with a chartered accountant, before filing.
6. Market risk
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risk. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested.
Any return percentage shown on this site, whether in a calculator, an article or an AI response, is an illustrative assumption rather than a projection you should rely on.
7. Rates and figures
Interest rates, FD rates, small savings rates and similar figures quoted anywhere on this site are indicative and were accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Financial institutions revise these frequently and without notice. Confirm current figures directly with the provider.
8. External links
We link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control their content and are not responsible for its accuracy, nor do we endorse the products or services they offer. Visiting an external site is at your own discretion.
9. Advertising
This site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements are served by third parties and are not endorsements. We do not vet advertised products, and we receive no commission on any financial product mentioned in our own content. Clicking an advertisement is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, financezy and its operators accept no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This includes, without limitation, financial loss resulting from decisions taken on the basis of calculator output or AI responses.
Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk.
11. Errors and omissions
Despite our best efforts, errors happen. Formulas can contain bugs, content can fall out of date, and regulatory changes can take time to reflect. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
12. Acceptance
By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this disclaimer. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.
